Opened boxes and sample boxes: As all of our products are food, and thus are of a perishable nature, we do not offer returns for opened boxes/boxes missing items. To return full boxes/pouches (un-opened): contact email@example.com - remember to include your order number and the products you want to return and why. Since all of our products are food, and thus are of a perishable nature, we can only accept returns for unopened packages from orders placed within the last 3 months.
